All items are carefully inspected before packaging to ensure that they are free of defects and accurate to the listing and order.

Shipping rates include: shipping supplies, postage & USPS Tracking. Please expect 3-5 business days to receive your print in the U.S. once the order has shipped. On some occasions, however, it can take up to 2 weeks for delivery.

We cannot make an absolute guarantee on delivery dates - even with Priority Shipping. We are happy to give you a general estimate, but once your item has shipped, we solely rely on USPS to make the final delivery. We will do everything we can to get your item to you on time, but please allow for enough time when ordering! :)Feel free to contact us with any questions or special requests.

Leaving a "need by" date does NOT guarantee delivery by that date if production time does not allow it. It simply allows us to help plan and direct our customers when appropriate. If you need your order within a week, please order with a Rush! Within two weeks, we recommend upgrading to priority mail at checkout.

As a final note, please make sure your shipping address is correct. That is the address where your order will be shipped. For international orders: all customs, duty and/or import fees vary from country to country and are the responsibility of the buyer. Contact your local customs office for further details. 

NEED TO REQUEST A CHANGE TO PERSONALIZATION INFO?  After submitting an order, please contact me immediately if you notice an error in the personalization info or shipping address. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you receive an email from me confirming that I have received and can accommodate your request. If you do not hear from me, there is a good chance I have not received your request or it has been lost in the shuffle! I am not responsible for changes that were requested after an order is submitted UNLESS I have confirmed them personally!  A NOTE ABOUT PERSONALIZED PRINTS: Your personalization info will be printed EXACTLY as seen in the example photo that you purchased. This includes all text, formatting of dates and capitalization of names. If you would like something different, please specify clearly in your note at checkout and confirm with me!   

A NOTE ABOUT DIGITAL PROOFS: With a purchase, we will only send a proof of your design prior to printing If one has been requested. 

*If you do not request to see a proof, one will NOT be sent! This allows us to keep our turnaround time as quick as possible. Your order will be personalized according to your note, printed and shipped.   For standard designs that request a proof, if a response with approval is not received after 7 days have passed, we will assume approval, print and ship. For completely custom designs, if a response is not received within 14 days, we will cancel and refund the order.  I am able to create digital proofs but not prior to purchase. I want all of my customers to absolutely LOVE their prints, but creating a proof is a substantial time commitment. The time I spend away from my children and my family must be dedicated to print designs that have already been purchased.
